Why I love it: I fell in love with this dress due to its gorgeous lace, illusion-style neckline, shimmery skirt, and detailed back with button accents. I was especially looking for a dress that would be lightweight and give me lots of movement for my summer wedding as I knew I wanted to dance A LOT without getting too hot. I was super happy with how firmly everything stayed in place without needing any shapewear or a bra. I never got too warm and never needed to readjust my chest or underclothes.

Alterations: Hemmed to fit me, I am 5'7" and had the dress hemmed so that I would have no trouble dancing and not have the dress touch the ground when I changed into flats. Straps shortened slightly. Bustle added.
