The dress is a size 6. I am 5'8" and only took the straps of the dress up in a stitch that can easily be cut and undone to its original shoulder length. No other alterations were made to this dress.
The wedding was indoors and the dress was cleaned and preserved.
The dress is simple with a little elegance around the neckline. I spiced it up with a belt I purchased elsewhere so your vision is the limit with this dress. It is a tank-a-line wedding dress with an embellished bodice.
